These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FaceYoga app and website operated by Loop Mobile FZCO("FaceYoga", "we", "us"). By subscribing or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

FaceYoga is a subscription wellness service offering personalized face yoga, facial massage and skincare programs on the web and mobile apps, provided for your personal, non-commercial use. It is for general wellness and is not medical advice.

2. Subscriptions & billing

FaceYoga is sold as an auto-renewing subscription with an introductory first period. When you subscribe you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your payment method the introductory price today and the then-current renewal price at the start of each billing period thereafter, until you cancel. The introductory price, renewal price and billing interval are shown before you confirm your purchase.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time; your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period and you will not be charged again afterward. To cancel, email support@loopmobile.io or use the manage page.

4. Money-back guarantee & refunds

Complete your 28-day program and, if you don't see results, request a full refund — see our Refund Policy for details and conditions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly perform content, circumvent access controls, or use the service unlawfully.

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and software are owned by Loop Mobile FZCO or its licensors. You receive only a limited license to access content for personal use.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Loop Mobile FZCO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
