This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased through the FaceYoga website operated by Loop Mobile FZCO.

1. Subscription billing

FaceYoga subscriptions begin with an introductory first period and then renew automatically each billing period at the renewal price shown before purchase.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. To cancel, email support@loopmobile.io or use the manage page.

3. 28-day money-back guarantee

We're confident in your results. If you complete your personalized 28-day program — practicing as prescribed — and don't see a difference, you may request a full refund by contacting support within 7 days of finishing the program. Outside this window, payments for the current billing period are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
